I am an author and creative talent, currently living in western New York. For the past 35 years, I have primarily been a scientist who writes. But now I am at a point in my life where I strive to be a writer who “sciences”. Some may find it odd that a scientist can also be creative, but we are masters at wordsmithing, creating worlds not visible to the naked eye, and crafting hypothetical stories around the elemental ideas swirling around in our brains. I write for a diverse range of genres with a unique perspective, primarily focused on the environment or natural world. Or I write for the sheer pleasure of making someone laugh, even if it’s just myself. I have always loved being creative, starting at an early age. I took art classes as an elementary student, working in charcoal and pastels mainly. I learned crocheting at the age of four from my grandma and sewing from my mother a few years later. I enjoy repurposing items into something artsy or necessary. I am polyjamorous, which means I have the inability to choose a favorite kind of music because I like so many genres. I am fascinated by a mind that can compose music or sculpt from marble, how complex the thought processes must be. And I am also intrigued by the mind that can overcome the chatterbox and remain focused on a single idea or concept. As a creative person, I enjoy all forms of art through all of my senses.
Artists are the gifts that make my life so enjoyable. I only hope that i can do the same for someone else.
Welcome to my site! I hope you are intrigued and like what you find.
